Stephanie Pogue is a St. Louis-based retirement planning and insurance expert with more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. As CEO and Founder of St. Louis Insurance Group, Stephanie, and her team help individuals and families navigate the many decisions that come with preparing for and living in retirement.
Her approach looks at retirement as a whole, not as a collection of separate financial and insurance decisions. She helps clients understand how Medicare, Social Security, long-term care, life insurance, annuities and investments can work together to create a more coordinated retirement strategy.
She holds the Certified Medicare Insurance Planner® (CMIP®), Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®), Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC), and Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS®) designations.
Stephanie is also the creator of Confusion to Clarity®, her educational approach to helping people understand Medicare and make informed insurance decisions. She believes that complicated retirement decisions don't have to be confusing and that people make better decisions when they understand not just what they are doing, but why it matters.
